I am PREGNANT!!!!!

I am 25 yrs. old and 6 wks pregnant with my 2nd child. I am soooo excited yet super nervous. I have been having some cramping and low back pain for a little over a week now and I am afraid I am threathning to miscarry. This has happened to me before with my first pregnancy and symptoms are somewhat the same from the time before. I am trying to stay positive and keep faith that the pain I am feeling is normal but I can't help but worry. I have my first OB appointment on the 27th, which is some ways away so I am thinking about going to the ER to have my baby checked out because I need some peace of mind. Other than that I am very excited and filled with joy.
