Feeling Pregnant!!!

Today I am 6w4d along and I am definitely feeling more like a pregnant woman than i did just a few days ago. Now certain foods i eat makes me nauseous and even vomit from time to time. I still have not had my first drs apptmnt,which is still 2 1/2 3 wks away, and i must say i am very nervous. so much so im thinking of going to the ER just to make sure all is well with my mini me. I have been having some cramping in lower stomach and lower back so i will stop by the hospital on my way home from work today. I think i've held out long enough. Other than that I am feeling lousy but happy that I am able to experience the joy of caring a baby.
