Last night the husband, my mother and I all went to target and got some baby clothes :) I bought 2 dresses for her to wear to church- dear god she's going to be adorable!!!! Then 2 jumpers- one is teal with bright pink flamingos all over the bottom part and a pretty pink rose near the shoulder. The other is a peach color wish a little skirt that has different colored pineapples on it :) (both of the jumpers were 8 bucks, and it was buy one get one 50% off, so i got one of them for 4 bucks ;) _) i love clearance items ;) My mom bought her quite a few little outfits- but didn't show me because they're going to be included in my baby shower gift!
Then we went to Marshalls and bought little jars for our baby shower favors. My mom is going to make homemade bath salts with herbal extracts like vanilla, and lavender (you know what's sad, when my mom said bath salts i was like "mom!! you're going to give our guest DRUGS!!!?" she thought it was funny). She also ordered some labels to stick on the sides of the jars that says "leah's baby shower! Thank you" and little hershey kisses with the little paper thing sticking out that says "IT'S A GIRL!".
My old bus monitor (we've stayed close thru the years) makes cakes too, so she's going to make a fondant baby bump cake with a little foot poking out :)
The baby shower planning is going quite well :) YAY! i can't wait !! :)
Hubby's mom bought her a floor mat activity center :)
