Consultant appointment

Went for my first anti natal appointment and all was ok , because of my weight and previous diabetes I have to go see a consultant at the hospital , this makes me nervous last time I did that I got told my baby had a very high chance of serious problems ..but I did have diabetes then and I don't know, I'm worried about my weight I mean I think I could lose some but I don't feel unhealthy at all , just see how it goes, anyway my symptoms are slight morning sickness , unbelievably heavy sore boobs ,cold sore that I get every time, stretching pains and very thirsty , my tiredness has tapered off somewhat but I'm still in bed by 9 most nights, the nightmares are a thing and waking up really hot and hungry is a new one. Had some wicked headaches and a short short temper , but only 4 weeks more and I get my scan plus I can tell my children and family , when I get to that point I will be more relaxed , just can't wait to tell my children :)
