Baby number 3! First planned pregnancy

A little nervous this time round as my first 2 babies were lovely surprises so never planned before. I find out quite early this time ( 10dpo) and never knew with my previous two pregnancies till 7/8 weeks. Going for and early scan next Monday and will be 5+4. Has anyone else ever had one this early?
I'm also a little concerned about the mild cramps I've been getting :(
