I haven't updated in a while, I'm horrible at keeping up with things haha.

My glucose test is scheduled for August 26th. Really dreading it because diabetes runs in my family. Also I have the worst gag reflex and when they said I had to chug that orange drank in 5 minutes it makes me a little nervous. I hope I don't end up spewing it all over my kitchen.

DH is going to second shift August the 10th :( I am really sad because we won't be seeing each other much during the week now. I leave for work at 7am and get home at 6pm and he will be leaving at 3pm and getting home at 11pm. I feel like we're going to be going back to when we first started dating and we lived in separate counties and only saw each other on the weekends. Except now I'm pregnant and emotional and I'll admit a little clingy on top of it.

We went on our "babymoon" over the weekend, we rented a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. I think I overdid it while playing mini-golf though. Bending over to pick up a ball out of a hole was more difficult than I anticipated and I started having to make DH do it for me halfway through. And I'm not even that big yet!

Gatlinburg was nice! We go about every year. We explored Pigeon Forge a little more this year than we have before, it has a lot of nice new attractions with The Island opening recently.

How was Gatlinburg? I have heard good things about it. Don't feel bad about making him pick up your ball. Even at only about 13 weeks I started noticing it was harder to bend over much. Our muscles are tighter and our backs just don't like it! Hope everything goes well with your glucose test!
