2nd Ultrasound tomorrow!

Can't help but be super nervous and anxious today. Tomorrow is the 2nd ultrasound to see if the pregnancy is viable I guess. Last week we went and they only saw a yolk sac and said I was about 5 1/2 weeks (which I thought I was about 6 at that time) Soooo hopefully tomorrow they will see the fetal pole and heartbeat. I also hate not knowing exactly how far along I really am...this has me at 7 weeks but I have a feeling I'm still in my 6th. I don't even have a due date yet. My levels from the blood test on Sat came back ok. The HCG was up to 25,044 which I guess isn't bad since 5 days earlier they were at 8,378. My progesterone dropped again though to 14 so that is really getting me worried. I insisted to be put on prometrium though so hopefully that will raise it back up. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
