PANTS!

Sooo... I haven't worn pants in 2 weeks. My bloating started very early and is very large and uncomfortable. All of my jeans and work pants were way too tight. Especially to try and sit in for 8 hours a day. I have been wearing maxi skirts or dresses every day. Today, I found a pair of super cute slate gray work pants I bought about a year ago that were WAY too loose around my waist. So thankful they fit me comfortably now, because it's pretty chilly outside today. It's the little things that make me happy!
I highly enjoyed my oldest rubbing my belly this morning as she quickly ran past me in the bathroom to get the hairbrush and saying, "Well hi there little cutie!!" in her "baby" voice... Haha! Other than bloating, gas, and bigger and sore boobs.. I am feeling great! However, the exhaustion usually hits me around 10am, so I'm gearing up for a day of sleepiness. The worst I've had so far is falling asleep while walking down a sidewalk towards Dicks Sporting Goods. Thank goodness my SO caught my arm, or I would have face planted. I have never felt this tired in my life!!

Comment from Tafoyarael5 » Posted May. 20, 2015 6:21pm I am feeling the same way! I'm 4 weeks and my pants wont button, i feel completely bloated and only drinking water. I haven't told a lot of family members but at this rate I can't hide it. I have been wearing a belly band for the past two days and it has helped keep my unbuttoned pants up! :) Congrats
Comment from Summer0120 » Posted May. 20, 2015 8:59am That would be my luck!
Comment from rcorinne » Posted May. 20, 2015 1:44am Yay, wear whatever you can find that's comfy. Be creative. I waited too long to try on some baggy shorts I was saving for a warm day, though, and now they won't button up. It's only elastic or dresses from here on out. :P
Comment from Summer0120 » Posted May. 19, 2015 4:16pm Dresses are like heaven! Lol.
Comment from Mem401 » Posted May. 19, 2015 4:08pm I've been so bloated too! In fact, I decided to wear a dress today because I felt so bloated. Like you, I've been drinking mostly water but still!
Comment from Summer0120 » Posted May. 19, 2015 2:19pm Hi Kitten! With my first two pregnancies, I didn't even have much bloat. I definitely didn't start showing or being uncomfortable in my jeans until the 2nd trimester. So this big belly at only 4wks 6 days is odd for me!
Comment from Kitten90 » Posted May. 19, 2015 12:03pm I don't know what your previous pregnancies were like but if it makes you feel any better I showed very early with my first and my uterus was even measuring weeks ahead of normal and I only gained 18lbs and baby was only 6lbs4oz at birth. Docs had no explanation for it. I was in maternity pants by 11-12w with her lol. This time around I'm 11w and still comfy in jeans even though I've gained 10lbs already and my eating and exercising habits are still the same lol. Pregnancy is just weird! =)
Comment from Summer0120 » Posted May. 19, 2015 10:49am Scares me though, because my SO told me he was a 12lb baby!!! YIKES! lol |
