It seems like just the other day I found out I was pregnant. When I was just 3 weeks 3 days I found out. Then at 12 weeks we found out we were having fraternal TWINS! Now I'll be 16 weeks on Tuesday and finding out the genders of our twins on Wednesday. This has been such an exciting pregnancy, with so many changes. I've been very tired, everyday I like to lay down for an hour and a half. I run out of energy quickly, and have stretching pains on my sides. My sciatica nerve is painful everyday, worse at night. I'm constantly thirsty, drinking water all day non stop. I've felt the twins move a couple times, still not everyday or consistent enough though. We got our mini van yesterday which well definitely be needing. Things are starting to come together for sure. My baby bump is growing every week I feel huge already! I can't wait to see our babies on Wednesday in 3D! It's going to be an amazing experience for my family and I.

I listen to their heartbeats once a day and one is always 140-145 bpm, and the other is always 150-155 bpm. I can't wait to start to feel them move everyday, it's going to be incredible. time is flying by so fast I feel like delivery is going to be just around the corner. That's the one thing I am worried about, delivery. I'm worried for a c section and the recovery. I'm happy to do whatever is best for these babies and myself but it's so nerve racking. I'm worried about the babies being to small and needing extra care. Well just have to take one day at a time and try to prepare as much as possible.

Try not to get to caught up in them needing special care. Yes multiples usually mean earlier deliveries and can have more complications but there are plenty women like myself that had a smooth twin pregnancy and rather "easy" delivery. I had blood pressure issues but my twins were fine. It's good to realize it'a always a possibility for issues but that's true of any pregnancy.

Thank you! And yeah I find if I don't lay down during the day I have absolutely no energy at all! It's crazy

Make sure you get plenty of rest. One baby is a drag on your body so I can't imagine having two!
