What do I really need double of...

So as I'm getting things prepared for our girls I'm wondering really what I need 2 of... I know I want 2 small portable swings because I feel I will use those a lot as I did with my first daughter. I'm planning on getting 1 Exersaucer, 1 tummy time mat, 1 lay down activity mat, 1 jolly jumper, 1 big diaper bag, do I need a bouncer chair? Do I need 2 of those?
So confused....
I'll be using 1 crib for the first few months, then I'll use the 2nd one (right???)
This whole thing is very new and confusing and I don't know anyone with twins so I can't even ask for advise... All I get is what I look up on google :S

Slept in rockers or on us before then. A note about sleeping. ..we always wanted our twins separate but some people like theirs together. - 2 rockers/chairs/bouncers. We have chair/rockers (Fisher Price Infant to Toddler rocker) that we used to put them most of the time. Also were they slept. - at least one swing, 2 is better. This is where ours spend most of their day now. Also where they nap. - 1 playmat, just make sure you get a big one to accommodate 2 babies and some are made for just one. - of course 2 car seats and double stroller. I recommend a car seat stroller combo like you can get from Graco or Baby Trend. We use the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller with Baby Trend Flex Loc car seats. - 1 diaper bag I can't think of anything else but feel free to ask whatever questions you have about twins.
