Think I've lost either some or all of my mucus plug!

About a week ago I went to the bathroom, wiped, and there was a large amount of thick, globby like mucus there.. I'm assuming it was my plug but who really knows.. I have a OB appointment and ultrasound on the 22nd! Which I'm excited about because my last OB appointment I didn't have an ultrasound.
My gestational diabetes is going well so far.. I've been testing my sugar 4 times a day like they said to. Since Tuesday, I've only had 1 high sugar reading. So I'd say it's going well :)
I can't wait to get these babies out! I'm getting so impatient. My poor 5 year old is to lol. My OB isn't going to induce me until exactly 40 weeks she said which is July 25th. I'm hoping to go into labour before then anyways.
I've been stalking up on baby food, diapers, formula and wipes just knowing how much I'll need lol. It's going great so far too. The babies room is filled with diapers wipes and formula lol.
Can't wait to see how well these babies are growing ??
