Well the past couple of days have been truly awful for me. Friday I ended up in the ER because i pulled a muscle in my lower back. Any position i was in was painful, and trying to move was excruciating. I was moving some camping gear around to be packed for our camping/climbing trip this past weekend and did something. Well, needless to say, I did not go camping this weekend. I told my husband to go without me and my mom came over and took care of me (making me food and keeping me company). I am still in a lot of pain now but trying to dial back on the pain medication and make it through the workday. I hate the thought of taking the pain medication and what it might be doing to the baby, but i wasn't able to move or function without it. I am hoping the next few days get better.
I can't tell if my nausea is getting worse, or if the pain is causing more nausea. Today was the first day that I actually vomited though. Which is no fun. Here's to hoping I make it through the work day.
