When i hit 12 weeks...

I was not expecting to get Gastro at 12 weeks pregnant. It was a awful experience and not just because of the vomiting and diarrhea, there was a high fever, dehydration, chills, body aches, extreme fatigue and completely scared of having to go to the hospital. Lucky though i didn't.
I blame my outing to a birthday party at the park when i used the public toilet only to find no soap, i DID however use a copious amount of hand sanitizer but i guess when it says it kills 99.9% of germs that 1 little fricken germ got through! >:(
Anyways because of being sick that week i couldn't get the blood test done needed before my nuchal scan on Monday (tomorrow) so now they tell me they won't be able to give me the films until the blood test results come through. Oh well i hope it all works out in the end, and the test comes back all good and healthy.
So now i'm 13 weeks and my stomach has definitely popped so to speak, can't hide my bump now! it does make me feel uncomfortable at times when i'm sitting down and i know it's just going to get bigger! Hopefully my nausea will disappear, hasn't yet but i'm hoping!

Ha! that happened to me as a kid, actually still happens to me as a adult! hate it when people don't cover their mouth. I think my nausea is easing i have had a few a days vomit free and been able to do some cleaning too lol :)

Aww hate to hear you were so sick. Just wait until your baby is here, and you have done everything in your power to make sure your child stays healthy and happy and then that one kid that is ALWAYS sick just walks by yours and they cough or sneeze and then boom, 2 days later your child has fever and sick too. Yeah that is the most frustrating thing ever lol. I hope your nausea gets better, mine was completely gone by 14 weeks. And its been so awesome! I actually feel like cleaning my house lol. Good luck hun
