I'm now 10 weeks PP and tonight on like an hour hold about 16 days after having sex ONCE where he pulled out and I am still EBF, there is a pink shadow line... I guess we will see... Just needed to get that out somewhere... I'm freaking out. We never planned for a third, I am supposed to be getting ready for a hysterectomy... and 11 months apart!? AHHHHH!!!!

Comment from tmhess » Posted Sep. 6, 2018 11:37am I can't say for sure, all pregnancies are different but my second pregnancy was smooth sailing. I felt great the whole time, I barely had any sickness the first trimester. Labor was also much easier. It was much shorter and she came out in 1.5 pushes instead of pushing for 1.5 hours like I did with my first. I am currently pregnant with my third, my youngest is about to turn 2 in November but this pregnancy has been the hardest, I am finally feeling better now that I am coming up on 12 weeks but the first trimester was brutal with fatigue, moodiness, and feeling ill. So in my experience, the 2nd pregnancy was great and my 3rd hasn't been so much fun and we waiting a lot longer this time!
Comment from Celenes_Mommy » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 6:46pm TMhess- thanks, that does help a little. I have a friend that has boys 13 months apart, but her youngest was just born so she doesn't have too much experience yet. One thing that does worry me is how hard will the pregnancy be on my body?
Comment from tmhess » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 6:13pm If it helps, my girls are 13 months apart and it turned out great, I wouldn't want it any other way. :)
Comment from Celenes_Mommy » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 2:10pm Angela- I guess so too. Kinda scary, but we will deal, you just do it right? I haven't re-tested yet. Not sure if I will or just wait for my appointment next week.
Comment from Celenes_Mommy » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 2:06pm Flamingo- I have an appointment next Friday, I figure by then there will be no denying one way or the other... The appointment is supposed to be to get the process started for the hysterectomy. I guess you are right, my uterus just wasn't done yet. DH said about a week ago that he wouldn't mind having a trio... but we have known for a couple years now that was out of the question, My OBGYN said he would hold off the hysterectomy for us to have one more (after the first), but the waiting and then trying would just take too much time... I guess my body found the solution to that. We never thought that with how hard it was to get pregnant with #2 we had to worry too much about accidental pregnancy, but we still waited almost 8 weeks and he pulled out because he didn't have a condom on.
Comment from Angela18 » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 1:15pm Oh my, lol, I guess LO is meant to be here! I know it’s rough on you but I’m sure everything will work out ok....have you taken another test yet?
Comment from FlamingoGirl13 » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 12:07pm Wow! Crazier things have happened. Make sure you let your OB know right away once you are sure (or go get blood work). Looks like your Uterus isn't ready to be parted with you yet. I come from a family of three and we love that we are three!
Comment from Celenes_Mommy » Posted Sep. 5, 2018 7:22am Thanks... I am really kinda panicking here. I don't quite know what to do lol. But I am pretty sure that I am pregnant again. |
