So afraid of another miscarriage

So today I got my HCG level back from yesterdays blood test. It has gone up nicely. The progesterone test is not Done yet though. I have also begun too feel a bit sick, no throwing up yet. Symptoms make me Happy but I still worry alot. I would really like to feel more growth pain in the uterus. I feel a little everyday but not much, and that makes me worry about missed miscarriage like I have had before.
Please God, let this be our take home baby. Let there be a heartbeat on thursdays ultrasound. Amen.
