thanks all, they've died right down now, only get them occasionally, but not really worrying anymore

I was so nervous about this at the beginning of my pregnancy too. I also have had 2 previous m/c so it is freaky to feel those all too familiar cramps. At about 7 weeks in when we saw the heartbeat I realized that maybe this is just normal in pregnancy. I have had cramping since the beginning and it continues now at 9 weeks and things have been fine. What I'm trying to get at is try not to worry. Cramping is VERY normal in pregnancy. It is just your body stretching and moving around for that growing little baby inside there:) Good luck to you! I hope all goes well!

I just got worried coz of my MC last month...I'm so paranoid! They come and go but they're not painful, just noticeable

I had tons of lower abdomen cramps for weeks in the beginning. Some people just feel changes more than others, doesn't necessarily mean anything bad. Pay more attention for blood than cramping.
