things at work are getting slightly better since we have a new manager who apparently is going to be making a lot of changes plus hes an ale man so likes me cos i know me ales lol. can't remember how i was at this stage last time but i remember puking everywhere all the time. i have constant nausea but apart from wretching when i'm tired/hungry i haven't actually puked (unless i drink orange juice lol).
