Annoying bad dreams!
By babycarnell » Posted Mar. 30, 2012 12:19pm - 321 views - 3 comments

I think due to one of my friends past misfortune and some of the stories I read on here has made me quite anxious and it is spilling over into my sleep!

I keep dreaming that I go for the u/s and they tell me there's nothing there and then I m/c..the first part is always the same and second part varies slightly but I wake up in the same way, upset and sweating!
I have no idea how to control this or how long it will go on..I'm thinking they won't stop until my first scan and I see for myself that the baby is there and ok!

Can't wait for 26th April scan time!

OH :( I have the same thing happen to me. I have made it a point not to watch any movies that have the tragedy of a baby loss..and I try not to read things on here at night before bed..that I know might have sad news. Just so that the last thing I was thinking wasn't something heart wrenching. I was telling my husband how much this site helped me feel not alone with the m/c...but man...I never thought of all the other ways you could suffer a loss..different stages of pregnancy that loss happens in and what not. Also, I have not talked to too many people in person about the loss and seeing these women go through the pain of them..just hurts me inside and gets my brain doing crazy things. So...moral of the story..just dont look at certain things right before bed. If that doesn't work..try to avoid it all together. :) I'm sure all the women going through losses on here would understand if they didn't see you on there page sharing caring words and what not...:)
