I've not been too terribly surprised by the symptoms I've experienced so far -- well, except for the big increase in mucus production - GROSS!!!!
What has actually been most surprising is how I seem to be standing on the apex of two completely different extremes at all times. I feel like I want to throw up everywhere while craving truck loads of random food. (Yesterday my grocery cart had Ginger tea and saltines for nausea as well as fat free Fig Newtons and Suddenly Salad mix!?!?!) I want to hug and kiss my honey at the very same time that I want to sock him up-side the head! I want a warm cozy blanket while I'm begging Bill to turn the fan on "as high as that cheap thing will go." And the worst is feeling like I'm on top of the world while SIMULTANEOUSLY repeating to myself: "WHAT have I done? Oh, my. What have I gotten myself into!!?!!!???!"
