I wouldnt worry about baby's heart :) If baby was positioned in such a way where they couldnt get decent shots of the heart, there isnt a way to make a decent judgement :) so I'm sure everything will come out just fine at your 20 wk scan :)

This was just an elective gender scan, the tech did say baby looked good as far as the spine and everything, but my anatomy scan was at 20 weeks and baby was flipped by then and facing the way he should have been, they got all of the shots they needed and everything looked good to my knowledge..my doc is going over the results of the scan with me this coming friday though, so i'll let you know for sure! I wouldnt stress or worry too much though, theres so much room in there they flip constantly! lol (i'd be happy for another ultrasound tho, lol because my 20 week anatomy scan was supposed to be my one and only scan, and its my last ultrasound unless i ask for a 3D one! :))
