I have a hematoma at the top of the gestational sac. Not sure if the sac to the left is another gestational sac or another blood clot. I am hoping that it is a twin. I saw a fluttering in the second sac but I am not sure if it was a heartbeat or not since the first sac did not yet have a heartbeat. Have to wait until the 22nd to find out. LONGEST WAIT EVER!!!
