Q: Question??? 7 Weeks Ultrasound

Hi Ladies, I am 5 weeks today and i booked my 7 week ultrasound...Is the ultrasound internal and can you hear the babys heart beat that early?

Ive never had and internal nor a scan that early. But Ive heard of women being able to with the internal. Have fun its an amazing feeling being able to see and hear.
