Q: What are some unique "Grandma" alternatives?

Okay, so my sister's kids call my mom "Nanna," so I want my kids to call her that too. This will be my mother-in-law's first grandchild, but she doesn't want to be called "Grandma." I can't see her being called that either, because she looks and acts pretty young. I can't think of anything that doesn't either sound old or redneck lol...MeeMaw...Mammie...Mammal....none of those really fit her lol. Any ideas?

my son has nanny peg, nanny and nanny woo woo (nanny woo woo is actually my nan and she has two dogs, hence the woo woo lol) not very inventive lol, my cousin has nanny dotty due to dotty being my cousins nickname (not my nans mental state lol) if a child has different nicknames from different nannys then thats quite a cute one. i just have nanny and when in was lucky enough to have great grandparents on my mothers side of my family i had big nanny and little nanny (not due to weight just one was tall, she was also cuddly, and the other was quite small)
