Q: Is it ok to not have Morning Sickness?

I was told by a few Doctors that having Morning Sickness is a good sign and a sign of a healthy pregnancy. I haven't had anything more than just mild nausea. Is it true what I've heard? Should I be worried? I'm 6 weeks 3 days today and I'm paranoid.

@ Julia01 thank you. I really appreciate that. It helps to know I'm not the only one and that this is normal. :)

I'm 6 weeks and 3 days too and all I get is off and on queasyness through out the day, I haven't thrown up and it normally passes if I eat a little something or ginger ale , my last baby I never threw up either just bouts of queasyness and nausea. I don't think you have anything to worry some women just don't have any morning sickness symptoms at all . My sister in law was pregnant with twins and she never had any morning sickness or even queasy and hers babies are almost 2 now! I personally don't think anyone should judge or go by if u have a healthy pregnancy by how nausea or sick u are ... I think you are just fine ! Congrats
