Q: Is it ok to not have Morning Sickness?

I was told by a few Doctors that having Morning Sickness is a good sign and a sign of a healthy pregnancy. I haven't had anything more than just mild nausea. Is it true what I've heard? Should I be worried? I'm 6 weeks 3 days today and I'm paranoid.

I'm very jealous ð???! At first, my doctor told me the nausea and vomiting were a good sign, so naturally, I was happy. However, I'm into my second trimester and still have severe bouts of vomiting. Count your blessing. I have 3 friends who are currently pregnant. None of them have had morning sickness, and all of them are having healthy pregnancies. I think doctors made that up to make people feel better after vomiting day in and day out lol!

I agree! It's awesome to find people near the same due date or have the same due date!
