Q: Really need help!

I'm a little over 5 weeks and had some spotting last week so went to the doctor. I had an ultrasound done and the doc said everything looked fine. He gave me a copy of the ultrasound and left. When I looked at the ultrasound it appears to be twins but he didn't say anything about it. The nurse said I'd hav to wait til next appt to ask. I'm.wondering if anyone would take a look at ultrasound and tell me what they think. I'm kind of freaking out. And also there are 4 eyes of twins in my immediate family on my moms side all fraternal.

I just looked at your ultra sound. It does look like it could be twins. It could also just be a shadow. So until you ask you're dr I wouldn't get to worried about it.
