I would call the doc. Your levels wont be low enough for that yet I don't think. It would depend on how high they were the day of the ultrasound. I had my d&c on a Friday, then the following Tuesday I was in excruiating pain...well, I had an ovarian cyst rupture.

Thanks....I'm sorry for loss too. This totally sucks! I think I'll call my doctor tomorrow......It's weird it's on one side. I'm sure I'm not ovulating yet my poor body doesn't know what think....emotionally or physically.

I am sorry for your loss. I had my D&C last Tuesday. I was having some pain and the doctor found a cyst on my ovary. He said it was from the follicle when the egg was released and the ovary was getting bigger because of the pregnancy. i was 8.4 wks.
Has your doc done an u/s to check your ovary? I would think that your hcg would still be too high for ovulation. From what I have learned, you dont ovulate again until your hcg is 0.
good luck
