Q: 2 Healthy Children with 1 MC in between after the 2nd healthy boy 3 MC followed

2 Healthy boys but had a MC in between then my 2nd son was born (healthy) but had 3 MC after that in little less over a year. One at about 2 months, 6 weeks and no idea how many weeks the last one was. I am now 6 weeks pregnant went for a sonar on 5 weeks and 3 days not hear beat or see fetus or yolk sac (to early I know) Tech told me to go back in 10 days so I did go again in a week but to dif tech then he saw movement which he said that must be the heartbeat but he cant confirm a fetus the movement showed blood flow cant confirm a fetus. He measured me 4-6 weeks but was measured 5 w 3d the previous week want to know how can the hearbeat be seen as by now the heart is the size of a poppisead and the baby the size of a bean how can he spot (what should be the heartbeat size of a poppisead) but not be able to can confirm that he saw the fetus size of a bean. With my 2 nd son they were able to mesure him 4.5mm on 6 weeks and a stable heartbeat
