I drank it with both my previous pregnancies and I will this time round. I find u have to get accustomed to the taste but the benefits are great. Both my girls were a week early and my first birth was tricky due to her position but my second was a breeze, I'm not sure how much the tea helps but I'm sticking with it! Good luck

I have heard when you go into labor, drink a very strong dose of it and it will make the delivery and recovery easier.

I've actually been drinking Red Raspberry leaf tea this whole pregnancy. It's really great for toning the uterus. As far as labor induction goes, it will make braxton hicks stronger (at times) but it wont really kickstart a labor. Usually there has to be other factors involved as well. Really your body will go into labor when it's ready, but I think that this a great tea to get your uterus good & ready for when labor does start. It will definitely help get some good contractions going once you are in labor, and I've heard it suggested to continue drinking the tea during labor. It's really just an overall uterus toner.
