Not the best image, but I'd say one. If you look at my ultrasounds I had a scan at 6 weeks 3 days and thought i had two but doctor said one was baby, one was the yolk :)

You can pay to get gender ultrasounds done after 14 weeks. Some places only charge around $50. It may be something you want to look into if you can't get another until 20 weeks. Are you going to do the down syndrome screening? If so, they will do an ultrasounds between 12 and 13 weeks.

I took a peek at your ultrasound and i only saw one. But like estone said, its hard to tell early on. I hope you get your answer on your next US.

It's hard to tell so early on. When is your next ultrasound? You will be able to tell for sure at your next one.
