I'm 21w 5 d w/fraternal twin boys. Honestly that early my HCG numbers were on the low end even for a singleton. You can look at my HCG chart, but honestly everyone's body is different and every pregnancy is different. The only way you can know for sure is to get the u/s. Good luck! Message me and let me know when you find out.

Your numbers are in normal range for a single pregnancy. You may be pregnant with twins, but I would guess it's just one

Oh how sad, did the other baby enter healthy? As for me I am having major headaches, cramps, and the worst lower back pains. I just have this feeling that I am carrying twins because I got off of my birth control then I wasnt ovulating for two months all to end up with a bfp. I read that those things combined can cause you to release multiple eggs.

well I had symptoms VERY early.. dizziness and nausea really bad starting at 4 weeks 4 days. I had a lot of cramping that was severe. I went to the ER at that time at 4 weeks 6 days and my HCG was 4800. I was not even 5 weeks yet though so they found one gestational sac and one "hemorrhage" which.. that "hemorrhage" at 6 weeks 4 days ended up being a second gestational sac. Baby b for me however stopped growing at 7 weeks and was a vanishing twin and was absorbed by my uterus and other baby.
