Q: A question for Moms-To-Be with Multiples...

HI there! Im 5W5D and I recently had my HCG and all that good stuff done and the results came back pretty well. I have an HCG level of 18,500... which the DR said measures me further along, more like 6 weeks and a few days. The bad news was, I have a Vitamin D deficiency and the tests also show a Thyroid problem. I was shocked because I've never had any problems with either. Though I heard pregnancy can over react the thyroid.

My question is...I have this WEIRD and sneaking suspicion that I may have more than one baby in there....or a very powerful singular baby. lol...

Anyone experiece anything I have or had a higher HCG level and it turned out you had more than one baby??

Mine at 4 weeks and 6 days was 3,973 and I am 5 weeks 5 days too...my level is now well over the 50,000's !! I only have one sack in there so far and things are looking good :) I swear I thought for sure with levels that high I was gonna have triplets! lol my cousin had hers checked at 7 weeks and hers is 350, 000 something! Look on betabase.info for average levels for dpo :) at 5 weeks and 5 days should be 26 dpo on there ...hth
