Q: Possible twins?

OK, so after ready numerous posts, I have to ask the probably of carrying twins.
I got my BFP at 12 dpo, 2 days before af. My belly got big at 4.5 weeks. I have been nauseous the entire time and want to sleeo all the time. I'm just wondering if there might be more than one. This is my 3rd but my youngest is 11 years. I was never sick with the other 2. My doc apt is in 2 days.

Hi Ladies,

I had a feeling I was having twins but our first u/s said no. I am much sicker this time around, showing earlier, got my first positive at 11dpo and everything is different. When talking to my doctor she said every pregnancy is different.

My pregnancy is totally opposite of my previous pregnancies. I blew up around that time too...only to realize it was BLOAT lol Some women just experience symptoms quicker than others & some don't get them at all. Theres always a chance of more than one baby, but only an ultrasound will prove that.
