Something I learned about labor with my own experience and with some mof my friends is sometimes back labor can show as the feeling to have a bm that never goes away. Also, if you are losing your plug it means that your cervix is ripening and it is normal for how far along you are. I would say if the feeling for needing to have a bm doesnt go away or gets stronger talk to your OB.
