Q: Heartburn and babies hair?!

Just wondered if any of you believe in the old wives tale that if you have a lot of heartburn your baby will be born with lots of hair?
With my first born he had a thick head of hair when he was born, and I suffered really badly with heartburn throughout my pregnancy.
This time though it has been barely there and if it is, mild. Curious to see if my baby will be bald!
What are your experiences?

I have NEVER had heartburn through any of my 5 pregnancies. My first was bald, second and third had a head full of hair. My second had so much they could count the cow licks LOL. My fourth didn't have much. Not sure about #5 yet....but I will know soon.

Had horrible heartburn with my 1st pregnancy and my son was born with a full head of hair. Had bad heartburn with 2nd pregnancy and my son was born bald. Lol. So I believe it but then again I'm not sure.

With my dd, I had horrible heartburn but she was bald. I was totally expecting a full head of hair too because I had heard that as well. This time, my heartburn is bad as well, so I don't know what to expect?!

with both my boy had a ton of heartburn, they had a head full of hair, this time rarely have heartburn so i'm thinking our little girl will be bald :(

Thanks ladies, totally convinced my boy is going to be bald now, but not complaining as i hate heartburn!

I had heartburn the entire 40 weeks with my son and he was so bald it was crazy lol, we we're expecting this huge head of hair and when he came out wth nothing it was too funny :)

YES YES I DO!!! my first pregnanccy... I got hearburn at about 8 weeks, and it didnt go away until the baby came out! I had to ask the doctor for some tums while I was pushing because the heartburn would distract me while I was pushing! HAHA... and my baby had a head full of dark brown hair!!! Thick and long!

I believe it...I had awful heartburn ALL THE TIME! and my baby has the longest thickest hair when he came out, its beautiful!

hey yeah i had horrible heartburn something i had never had before and yip my little boy had head full of dark hair,which he quickly lost and then became bald a and then blonde lol xx

me too my last pregnancy. horrible heartburn and my baby could have used a haircut at delivery. :)
