I had them with my second and they stuck around after she was born. They are scary and suck. I'm pregnant with my third and hoping they don't return. I am currently on medicine for them

I just spoke 2 my peri abt this on mon. She said its usually benign. And its pretty common due to the extra blood volume & the extra places it has to go, so it wrks the heart a bit harder. The way she explained it was like an extra beat that throws off rhythm. She also told me to keep track of it in a diary & if it really starts 2 bother me shed order a heart monitor for me 2 wear home. This is preg # 5 & my 1st time w/ this symptom so I was worried too. And mine tends 2 happen around the same as urs. I wouldnt be overly worried but keep ur dr informed. Gl I hope it gets btr for both of us. . . . :D

I had this with my first pregnancy and the doctor said it was common and not to worry. I have had it again this pregnancy a lot and think it is due to the increase of blood our hearts have to pump to help our growing babies.
