The nipple darkening also may depend on how close to their "original" color your areolas returned after delivery of your previous little ones. If they have remained a bit darker anyway, they may not have much darkening to do this time.

I had terrible morning sickness my first pregnancy, and absolutely none this time around. I also had almost no nipple darkening or tenderness the first time, and this time even a bra hurts and they're turning brown. xD So I wouldn't worry, it seems like it's just something that only happens sometimes.

My morning sickness started at 6 weeks 1 day. I am not 11 weeks 3days and it is still going strong. Before it started I wondered when it was going to come, and not I wish it would end! Its so awful. As for the nipples, mine have not got dark yet, so maybe they never will.
