I've been leaking since before my + pregnancy test so I don't see that as a sign of twins. Every pregnancy is different and my Dr said you notice more symtoms with each one because you know what to look for and your body has done it before so it gets right back into the swing of things when you get preg again! Good luck!

some women leak colostrum at different stages of their menstrual cycle due to hormonal changes so i dont think that is a sign of twins. Im also pregnant with my 4th baby and its been a VERY different pregnancy for me. the doctor says i feel terrible because its my 4th and it tends to get more uncomfortable depending on the number of pregnancies you've had. Then again, if you have a feeling its twins, then it may be! My SIL is having twins and she hasnt had much pregnancy symptoms at all so everyones different.
