C ur doctor imidiatly it may not be urine in wich case can be very dangerous I had this when i was 35 weeks I thought was urine turned out to be waters leaking gd luck hope it is just urine in ur case x

you really should mention this to your doctor no matter how embarrassing it is! I suggest doing some kegal exercises and looking up a few other workouts that can strengthen your pelvic floor. In the mean time, try buying those urine incontinence pads (if youre to embarrassed to purchase in store you can buy them on amazon.com or any such website). Good Luck!
