Q: TMI- leaky leaky

I am 13 w 6 days pregnant with twins, and I am so leaky. Out of nowhere, I will leak urine all over my underwear, and I am so embarrassed to ask my doctor. I try wearing pads for it, but they make me feel so gross. Is there anything else that I can do??? Sorry that it's a icky question, but I would rather ask women that may have gone through this, than my male doctor...

you really should mention this to your doctor no matter how embarrassing it is! I suggest doing some kegal exercises and looking up a few other workouts that can strengthen your pelvic floor. In the mean time, try buying those urine incontinence pads (if youre to embarrassed to purchase in store you can buy them on amazon.com or any such website). Good Luck!
