I HIGHLY recommend Sea Bands. They're wrist bands specifically for sea sickness, but also for morning sickness... they got me through my first trimester. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

1/2a unisom at night before bed. It takes a week or so to get the full effect. Dr recommended it. Candied ginger helps too. I've used both of these my last 3 pregnancies including this one.

I've been having nausea that increases throughout the day, acute hunger and aversion to ALL FOOD. I found what helps me best is eating something small every few hours (about 6 times a day) so that I don't get too hungry or full. I NEVER feel like eating - EVER - but sticking with lighter non-room temperature foods seems like my best bet. Fruits, salads, bowl of bran cereal with cold milk, etc. Jamba Juice has also helped. I'm going to try ginger tea. Pickled ginger didn't help me.

I find laying on my left side and just breathing helps and if I eat something every few hours I can keep it away for the most part but some times nothing works

Your dr can give you zofran.....the best is the dissolvable ones. They won't make you tired and they are ok to take while pregnant. Always keep Something on our belly and try not to drink liquid and eat t the same time.

For me personally nothing worked but for alot of women try eating ginger biscuits, dry toast, plain biscuits (like rich tea if you have them where you are) when you wake up. Or a hot drink that has ginger in it maybe ginger tea i know that ginger is good for nausea! I work in a bar and we have a ginger and lemongrass cordial i put a little in hot water and it did make me feel a little less nauseous but not for long but like i said nothing worked for me in any of my pregnancies but does for alot of other women! Hope you feel better soon xx
