Q: Anyone know about the Ramzi theory? Gender based. Fun.

ok im interested in finding out what others think. According to the ramzi theory if the placenta is to the left its a girl and if its on the right its a boy. This supposudly works around the 6-8 week u/s. Now ive had two transvaginal ultra sounds one for 6 weeks and the other is 7 weeks. And then one abdominal u/s at 9 weeks. I cant tell where the placenta is or anything.
On any of the pics i have posted in photo albums.can any of you gals figure it out and maybe take a guess just for fun as to what it might be based on location? Thanks

Well see with abdominal ultrasound i was told it was mirrored and the only ultrasound that is abdominal is the 9 weeks one. The other two u/s that are 6 weeks and 5 weeks are transvaginal, which i was told was not mirrored. But still im unsure of this method since at 6 weeks the baby was on the left then all the sudden the seventhweek the baby was on the right, again those two week u/s were done transvaginal before they were able to do the abdominal at 9 weeks.

Looked at one of your pics and your baby was to the right so it would be a boy!!!! all U/S are mirrored, so what looks to be to the right is actually left and what looks to the left is right!!!!!!

This theory was incorrect for me. That is, if I did it correctly. I think they tell where the placenta is based on the black bubble around the baby. If there is more black on the right it is a boy. If there is more on the left it's a girl My placenta seemed to be on the right but I'm having a girl. In your 7 week scan the placenta seems to be more to the left but in the 9 week scan your baby seems to be smack in the middle.
