Q: Why do my labia hurt so bad?!

I'm not sure what is going on. A few days ago, I was standing in the shower, shaving my legs. As soon as I put my leg down, I felt an intense but dull pain in my outer labia. It hurt all day, so much that I was actually limping.

The next day I asked my midwife and she made a face and said that she had never heard of that before. It faded away after about 24 hours, but it came back full force today. Maybe it was from being on my feet all day, but it hurts!

Anyone else ever experience this? What did you do to relieve the pain?

My girlfriend had terrible pain like you describe for about 2 months before a huge varicose vein appeared on her labia...she had to wear a support in order to relieve the pain. Good Luck!...and by the way the vein did disappear after birth.

whenever i have pain in my lady parts I sit on a partially filled hot water bottle which helps soothe the aches and pain. Won't cure it, but with definitely give you some relief.
