We had the gender sealed in an envelope and brought it to the bakery. We then had them stuff cupcakes with either pink or blue icing. Then, everyone found out when they bit in. It was a nice twist on the dying of the cake because everyone got to participate!

What I was going to do cause I get to find out next month, I was going to invest in some solid colored ballons. And put either a little bit of pink or blue (for which ever) with white glitter in it blow it up and let people pop them. Haven't tested it so have no idea how well it would work.

Bake a cake the colour of the gender(pink or blue) and ice it with white icing, that way when the cake is cut the gender is revealed.

Check out pinterest! There are tons of cute ways. Some do it where they're holding balloons, one pink and one blue, and safety pins and then in the next frame one has popped that color the baby isn't. I've also seen cute photos using ribbons or letter blocks.
