Q: Early pregnancy and pregnant after miscarriage ... help!

o So far as I know I'm 10 dpo and I've had positive hpt since 7dpo. Today I am 3w3d. I finished a round of prometrium to help two days ago. I began with a little pink-orange tinge in creamy cm this morning after my bowels finally cleared after constipation. it's a very small amount but this is about the timeline I lost my last pregnancy. I'm trying to relax but that last miscarriage still hangs in my mind. My pregnancy symptoms are still there except the nosebleeds (that stopped after the last dose of prometrium). Any words of wisdom?

I was in the same situation as you, every little twitch or pain I would panic. It's hard to relax after a loss, but all you can do is sit back and take it one day at a time. As hard as it is, try not to stress. Stress is hard on a growing baby. Chances are baby is doing just fine and the discharge you had was most likely from implantation.
