Your placenta has just begun taking over and this may have given you relief. In the next few weeks you should feel better and better.

It's normal for symptoms to come and go. Mine went away at 9 weeks, but came back a week later worse than ever. Enjoy feeling good while you can, it might reappear.

All my symptoms went away at 7 weeks and I had some spotting. I have miscarried before and was terrified. Now I'm 14 weeks and 4 days and everything so far is okay. My symptoms came back really strong about 11 weeks with vomiting and everything. Then this week I have felt pretty normal, but committed today. I think it's normal for symptoms to come and go. Although, I had that same fear. Hang in there.
