Im almost 22 weeks with a singleton. I havent had any symptoms or showing up until three days ago. Then it all hit at once. My boyfriend is picking me up a pregnancy pillow tuesday so i can sleep better. my hips have been killing me too. but I know how you feel in away. You are not alone.

Our poor bodies get put through the wringer when we are pregnant and more babies often means more pains etc. If you are suddenly tired it might mean that your iron and b12 stores are very low, I had this happen during my first pregnancy and I couldn't believe the difference once I started taking a liquid iron and a liquid b12 supplement, within a few days I felt much better. Iron and b12 along with a few other vitamins are used in making red blood cells for you and in baby, with two babies you would need a lot and when your stores get low you feel very tired all the time, if they haven't done a blood test to check those levels recently then I would ask for one asap and even without it would be ok to try at least b12 supplements to see if they help you feel better since you can't hurt yourself with it but I would be more cautious with the iron. I also highly recommend liquid supplement over pill since liquid is absorbed much much better & is easier on your tummy. Good luck!
