My count at 5 weeks was like yours and I thought the same thing, but there is only one in there.

You can't use hcg levels to determine whether you are having multiples. Nor can you use how fast your numbers double. The only way to tell is ultrasound.

Sorry but hcg levels aren't very valuable in predicting twins. Everyone is so different-some have low levels with twins and some have high levels with singletons. You'll have to wait and see at your first ultrasound.
