How long since LMP? If you O'd 7 weeks ago, then you're last LMP was approximately 8-9 weeks ago... Most doctors determine how far along you are from LMP- not O...

if its a transvaginal exam maybe u ovulated earlier. as long as the baby is ok and u dont have spotting, i cant see any problem with that,

My OB didn't start until I was about 15 weeks and that was because I was already showing pretty good by then. Trust me never worry about size especially that early.

Weird...I would take that with a huuuuge grain of salt. I have never heard of any doctor doing that, especially at seven weeks. Mine didn't start measuring fundal height until after 24 weeks and the midwives use a tape measure. I wouldn't worry!

What was being measured? At that point your uterus isn't even barely above your pelvis so it could not have been fundal height. If it was ultrasound maybe you ovulated a little early and implanted early. If they measured baby then that is going to be your most accurate date so use that from now on. If they measured uterus size by u/s that's pretty meaningless. You want crown-to-rump length for dating purposes.

Was she measuring fundal size? (You uterus). If so that was extremely early most doctors don't messure that until your in you second trimester and a lot of them wait until your almost half way. If your baby is measuring ahead though it could be you have your dates wrong.
When your uterus gets measured it's ok to measure either a few cms ahead or a couple behind. It all just depends on how your body carries your pregnancy. I measure 3-4 cm ahead every time
