Just like with first time mom's it takes first time dad's awhile to understand that they are feeling the baby move. With our first my Dh couldn't feel baby move until around 25 weeks. But this time around he is much more aware of what he is feeling and has been able to feel her since last week. Trying laying on your side and have him wrap his arm around you feeling the farthest side of your belly. then when you feel your little man move in the area he in touching let him know. That may help him to recognize his movements. If not just wait a couple more weeks and try again. I'm a smaller plus size mommy too and this has work for us. GOOD LUCK :)
