Q: Lots of pressure?

I'm 16w2d along with twins. I woke up through the night and just couldn't get comfortable. I've got a lot of pressure all across my lower belly. Anyone else ever have this?
This is my third pregnancy, but my first multiple pregnancy and it's completely different from my other two! TIA

I know I get pressure along my lower belly from time to time, but I am only having a singleton. Could possibly be just from the extra baby in there, and the stretching and pulling of your uterus?
